These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and the services we offer. This site informs visitors of information concerning the well-being activities offered by Prof'île Forme in group or private lessons. It provides them with an online reservation and payment system for services. By accessing or using our Service's website, you confirm that you agree to what you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Responsibility:
When you practice online with me, you agree that you are in good physical shape and have no contraindications to the practice of yoga or pilates. Otherwise, you acknowledge practicing only under your own responsibility. Kalyãna Nomad Shala cannot be held liable in the event of incorrect declaration made by the practitioner as to his physical condition or in the event of injury resulting from an incapacity, a reduction or any other alteration in his physical condition.
The Member confirms that he has taken out an insurance policy covering him for bodily injury of which he may be a victim in the event of an accident or incident during his training.
The prices of the various services offered are clearly indicated on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for the services displayed at any time, and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Maintaining the right to modify the offer:
We may, without notice, change the services or cease to provide them. Kalyãna Nomad Shala reserves the right to modify the course schedule without this constituting a breach of commitment. Any changes will be brought to the attention of members. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Services without notice or liability for any reason, or no reason.
Online payments:
Payments by Credit Card are made through the Stripe payment platform, an American company of Irish origin, intended for secure online payment for professionals. A transaction fee of 1.4% + €0.25 is charged by Stripe on each transaction for European cards. In the event of a refund request by the customer, his costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
Booking conditions
Given the time difference between Asia and Europe, all session reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the course in order to facilitate everyone's organization,
Terms of cancelation
cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours before the start of the course, after this period the course remains due in its entirety. If you meet the cancellation deadline, you can postpone your session to another day if it has been settled. For a refund, the fees of the payment gateway will be deducted, i.e. 1.4% + €0.25 per transaction for European cards.
Online course
Be sure to check the quality of your connection before the start of the course. Any course started is due. Kalyãna Nomad Shala cannot be held responsible for wifi problems or problems that may occur on the zoom platform. Try to be punctual.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The site and the text as well as the personal photos are the exclusive property of Pascale Bonelli. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under these Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, display publicly, publish, adapt, modify or create derivative works thereof.
Right to suspend or cancel a user account
Kalyãna Nomad Shala may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice or liability for any reason, including if, in our sole determination, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may stop using and request to cancel your Account and/or all Services at any time.
