About the event

This yoga class, slower than a traditional Vinyasa Flow, will allow everyone, even beginners, to create their own breath-synchronized dance through a series of asanas that will prepare the body and the mind in a fluid and gentle way for the final posture. of Hanuman (split / monkey pose), having more time to better apprehend, explore, understand, feel this superb posture which may seem impossible to you but which can adapt to all bodies.

A slower flow brings the element of time into the practice which allows the yogi to better breathe, assess and feel how and when a pose needs to be changed, due to physical limitations or experience. The practitioner also has time to mentally engage with the body, as they move through the sequence.

Slow Flow Yoga is not just for beginners or those with physical limitations, it is for all yogis who can find a way to challenge themselves by moving slowly and consciously through a series. The pace may be slower, but challenges will be present with difficulties to overcome. Even the most advanced yoga practitioner has a lot to learn in the reflective rhythm of this slow Vinyasa. Poses can be refined and strengthened in this way, without having to rush into the next movement, the next breath or the next posture. A slow flow allows you to become familiar with your body and the movement gently, to create a regenerating break and to have time to dive deep into yourself, towards your inner space.
