Nature & Sailing Yoga Weekend

What would you say to embarking on a catamaran departing from Propriano, sailing towards the lighthouse refuge of Senetosa, the most isolated lighthouse on land in southern Corsica. We will stop on the way in a wild cove to picnic and enjoy swimming.

Arrived at the Senetosa lighthouse, where we will spend the night, the beach will welcome us for a gentle yoga practice before preparing and sharing a meal at sunset in this wonderful place.

In the cool of the early morning, we will start the day with meditation, pranayama and an energizing practice before having breakfast and exploring the tip of Senetosa, picnicking, enjoying and lazing around. Short hike to the cove of Cala d'Aguilia where Big Blue will pick us up for the return navigation and greet the setting sun with an aperitif over the water in the Gulf of Valinco.

A weekend of relaxation and serenity in an exceptional setting at the mercy of water, wind and nature to recharge your batteries, center yourself and get closer to yourself This experience is for anyone wishing to fill up on energy with the help of the sea, the sun and the wind.

- Round trip by catamaran on Big Blue from Valinco Découverte

- Breakfast

- Dormitory accommodation at the Senetosa Lighthouse Refuge (possibility of bivouac)

- 2 Yoga, meditation, pranayama lessons of 1h30 (minimum)

Are not included:

- meals: a kitchen is available to us for the evening meal. For the next day at noon, plan something for a shared picnic.

- Sheets, sleeping bags, tents are available on site for rent (to be reserved at the time of your registration)

- bottled water and other beverages are also available for purchase.
