When the dynamism and fluidity of Vinyasa meet the slowness and letting go of Yin Yoga for a class that is both energizing and relaxing that will awaken your metabolism, flush out toxins and soothe your mind...

Course of the session:

Re-entry into the practice is with Yin Yoga , a deep stretching practice that goes beyond muscle flexibility and delves into the tension created around the joints, specifically targeting facial tissue and other connective tissues. The longer poses in this transformational practice allow the connective tissues to release tension and kick-start mobility. This is a great style of yoga to complement any physically demanding exercise or lifestyle.

Ideal for centering and preparing the body, Yin leads us to the Yang energy of Vinyasa which, in a form of moving meditation synchronized with the rhythm of the breath, a flow of opening postures will progress to Natarjasana, the lord of the Dance, posture of balance which reinforces the anchoring and the concentration, the physical and mental stability, opens the body and energizes to end on the relaxation of the pranayama (work of the breath) or Yoga Nidra (meditative relaxation). ..
