Yin yoga is a deep stretching practice that goes beyond muscle flexibility and delves into the tension created around joints, specifically targeting facial tissue and other connective tissues. The longer poses in this transformational practice allow the connective tissues to release tension and kick-start mobility. This is a great style of yoga to complement any physically demanding exercise or lifestyle.

Vinyasa simply means linking one pose to another in a synchronized and rhythmic form. These sequences are practiced (usually) in a heated space and offer a good dose of creativity to the practice.
